1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Rules") apply to the use of the 2444 bat platform and all its services. These Rules form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the platform and the registered user.

• Each person may create only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.2 Identity Verification

2444 bat reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submitting a copy of a National ID (NID), birth registration certificate, or other government-issued identification. Completing identity verification before submitting a withdrawal request is mandatory.

3.3 Account Security

Each user is responsible for keeping their username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 2444 bat support team immediately. The user concerned is liable for any losses resulting from their login details falling into someone else's hands.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to make deposits on 2444 bat: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Funds deposited into the account must be sent only from the registered user's own active payment method.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — however, before withdrawing from the bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and betting markets; certain games or markets may be excluded from bonus use.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus; if not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
• 2444 bat reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The cashback rate varies by VIP level: from Bronze to Diamond level, the maximum rates are 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2%, and 1.5% respectively. For example, if a Gold level member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. There is no separate wagering requirement for cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read them carefully before starting a game. All games available on 2444 bat are developed by certified software providers and operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair outcomes.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game stops mid-way or produces an abnormal result due to a technical error or network issue, 2444 bat reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount. Claims for winnings resulting from a software error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the official result will be considered final. If a match or event is cancelled or left unresolved, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded. If any one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, new odds will be calculated using the remaining selections, excluding the cancelled one.

7 User Code of Conduct

All users on the 2444 bat platform are required to follow the rules below:

• Using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to cheat the system is prohibited.
• Colluding or collaborating with any third party to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or illegal activity against other users or the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering is a criminal offence and such activity will be reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards other users or platform staff in live chat or support channels is prohibited.

If any of the above rules are violated, 2444 bat may suspend the relevant account without prior notice, forfeit all balances, and reserves the right to take legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

• If a user shares their login details with someone else or uses another person's account.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable during routine platform maintenance.

In the case of any dispute or complaint, the maximum compensation limit will be the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Changes to Terms and Contact
